Or does it? Some of you might think this is just plain silly, but as you can see from the screen shots below, it does look like the new Hotel Transylvania movie and now the game for Nintendo 3DS gets a bit of inspiration from the Castlevania game series. In fact, is it just me or do quite a number games use Castlevania as a catalyst and platform to get developed. If you've played the other Castlevania games for the DS in the past, like Order of Ecclesia, Portrait of Ruin, and Dawn of Sorrow, then compare that to a few certain other games (I won't say names) then it's easy to see how Castlevania has inspired them. Is it the level design, or just the look and feel of it? If you want, you can check out the official trailer to the new Hotel Transylvania below. It looks like it could be funny.
