That's right. With the Olympics going on right now, one might ask how does the Konami games franchise fit into all of this. Well here is how. According to a post at Venturebeat a while ago the gymnastics event was won with gold medal from none other than Konami employee Kohei Uchimura who actually works for the Konami sports and life company which is a subsidiary of the Konami games company itself. This might not be noteworthy news to some of you but it's nice to know Konami has its hand in more than just games these days. Two other Konami employees were competing along side Kohei as well.
