There are so many Konami games out there that some get left in the dust that time has forgotten. Well I'd like to point out a really nice article done by the folks at Venturebeat a couple of days ago that shows off one of the few Metal Gear hits that was cool yet not too may knew about it. Metal Gear 2 Solid Snake for the MSX2 system was a genuine classic that time simply forgot about. I personally have played it myself for a good while and it's a very enjoyable Metal Gear game and it's similar in some respects to the original Metal Gear games that came out on the NES 8-bit system so many years ago. For those of you that actually own the Metal Gear Solid game collection you should check out the extras menu in Metal Gear Solid 3. Why?, because this classic MSX Metal Gear is there ready for you to play. Nice huh? And give the Venturebeat article a good reading if your a fan of classic Metal Gear game titles and celebrate the 25th anniversary of a series that all of us hope will never die. Have fun.
