With the upcoming Pro Evolution Soccer 2013 on the way, it seems there is no end to the controversy surrounding the new Pro Evolution Soccer game versus FIFA 2013. Joe Murphy who is the lead guy over the PES project for Konami is making the claim and pointing the finger at EA saying that they have run out of ideas. He even went so far to suggest that FIFA is copying Pro Evolution Soccer in some respects. In the past PES has usually taken the second place medal in the soccer world when it came to EA's FIFA in terms of game copies sold, however this time Konami game headquarters has made it crystal clear that they have listened to the customers and have returned to their roots and are focusing on quality game play with their next Pro Evolution Soccer game title. It's definitely about time, because game play issues and some other lacking features are truly what plagued past PES games.
It's one thing to make a claim that you've learned from your mistakes, so they bottom line is will Konami hold true to what they said with all of this.
