Early concept art for the new Metal Gear Rising Revengeance shows some interesting design work

As we get all psyched up for the release next month of the new Metal Gear game Rising Revengeance, how about we step back in time for a bit and take a look at some really cool and interesting concept art that was done for some of the bosses in the game. Mistral for one, just look at her, she looks, acts and definitely fights like an enemy to Raiden. This is one boss that needs to be sliced and diced up, but she still looks so darn cool. These concept drawings that were done were put out there somewhat recently and showcase just how much work and imagination has to go just into the design work of the characters. Forget the game's graphics, engine, game play. All those are a must of course, but just think about how much effort and time has to go into enemy design. Even the very early concept art is some real eye candy.
