With all the buzz going around about the new Pro Evolution Soccer, those pesky inconvenient bugs can be hard to deal with sometimes. So here is the latest patch for PES2013 ready for download. This new one is version 1.02 and addresses a whole host of issues that have been causing some problems for soccer game fans alike. Here is the list of everything 1.02 fixes.

Pro Evolution Soccer 2013 v1.02 Fixes:
1. Fixes to the below issues. We would like to apologise for all inconveniences caused.
- Master League Online
>The transfer fee and contract fee shown when signing a player is different to the one shown in the breakdown of such costs.
> Changes to the squad and the team funds were not reflect immediately when signing/releasing players or receiving gate receipts from matches played.
- Master League
>Sometimes the game would freeze when items obtained in Master League Online were used.
- Performance Training
>It was impossible to complete the "Long-pass" training when Pass Assistance level was set to either [0] or [1].
>It was impossible to complete the "Manual-pass" training when the cursor was set to "fixed" when using Personal Data other than "no.1".
- Edit
>Sometimes the game would freeze when importing PES 2012 data. This applies to cases where implementing the data would result in players switching to wearing boots which were issued in PES 2012 Data Pack 3.
- Information
>When a new Data Pack was implemented, users were forced to restart their hardware as a message informing them of non-matching Data Pack versions would be displayed rendering some game features such as Master League Online, Competition and the Widget inaccessible.
2. The below additions due to customer requests:
- General
>Users can now choose to enable or disable the Auto Save feature in game modes including Master League and Become a Legend by selecting [System] then [Auto Save] in order.
-Football Life
>Players will wear boots which are unique to them in both Master League and Become a Legend. Any editing done to player's boot settings will also be reflected. However, please note that this only applies to save data created after the implementation of this patch file.
>Changes have been made to how teamwork levels between players increase.

Hideo Kojima speaks out about the future of the Metal Gear series

| 0 nhận xét

He is like a God to us. Well, the God of topnotch gaming that is. After all, look how far the Metal Gear game series has gone, and now it won't be long before Metal Gear meets a gigantic world like Skyrim and takes us all by surprise once again. Could this be about Metal Gear Solid Ground Zeroes? It just might be, as Kojima discusses the Fox Engine and what inspired him to push the Metal Gear franchise to new levels of design and game play. If you head to the source article at EGM done recently, you'll see a nice exclusive interview with Hideo Kojima and talks about how he was motivated by games like Grand Theft Auto III, wanting to use a massive open world environment in similar regards for a future Metal Gear game. Ground Zeroes does just that, according to Kojima, speaking a short while back in another interview about how the next Metal Gear will have an "open world" experience, not to mention the incredible detailed graphics that were displayed in the last video trailer.

From the interview Kojima stated:

"I’m often misinterpreted. I’ve always said that I want to work on original properties, but Metal Gear offers plenty of benefits. The Fox Engine, for example, took a lot of time and money [to create]; we were only able to develop it because it was intended for the next Metal Gear. In the next game, I’m introducing concepts intended for entirely new intellectual properties using the Metal Gear brand."

Apparently Kojima wants to be known beyond the realm of Metal Gear, and not just branded as what many have labeled him, the "Metal Gear Guy". I can't say I blame him, his talent and expertise stretch way beyond Metal Gear, and who knows, it just might land him in the middle of Silent Hill and Castlevania someday. If that time comes, and we see a Fox Engine adaptation make its way into other series such as those, then one can truly say that the sky is not the limit. At least not as far as Kojima is concerned. So for those of you who may be new to the Fox Engine, Ground Zeroes, or what they will have in store for you, check out the extended 14 minute remade version of the Ground Zeroes video in its entirety if you haven't done so already. Or for those of you who have, it's worthy of a second look. Cheers and enjoy.

The release date rumored for Castlevania Lords of Shadow 2 is completely wrong

| 0 nhận xét

Rumors have been circulating as to when exactly the new Castlevania game Lords of Shadow 2 will get released. In fact, there is an online store called ShopTo that as of RIGHT NOW, assuming it hasn't changed by the time you're reading this, is currently listing the release date for May 10th, 2013. Well, guess what? That is not only bogus, but also confirmed bogus by Dave Cox himself of Mercury Steam, the guys behind the LOS2 development team. Dave Tweeted recently stating that the release date rumors are "not true".

As it stands right now, there is no current release date set for the new Castlevania game, and we simply won't have that information until sometime hopefully the first quarter of next year. I don't know where some people are getting information like this, unless they do it for the sole purpose of attracting business. This is exactly why I only trust information *directly* from Konami themselves, or a reliable associate or affiliate thereof. Out of the 635 posts I've made over the last 4 years, I've only had to correct one of them, and that was 2 words in 1 sentence. I'm currently following Konami and Dave Cox on Twitter, and as soon as they confirm something, it'll get posted here as soon as possible.

                                                       Bogus box art perhaps?

The Xbox360 version of the 25th annivesary edition for Metal Gear Solid 4 is a FAKE

| 0 nhận xét

Many of us thought this was real, that the Xbox360 version of the 25th anniversary edition for Metal Gear Solid 4 Guns of the Patriots was a done deal. It turns out that Konami games development has said nope, not no way, not no how. Apparently someone photo edited the image of a supposed Xbox360 version by adding a label on top of the box art. Konami has recently shot down that argument, and in turn has stated that there will in fact be a PS3 version of the game. This is why I go out my way to find out the facts before posting anything on this blog. But it seems some just don't possess the intellect to play by the rules and get the job done right. But I digress.

So we can at least know now that Konami has confirmed an actual release in our future for the 25th anniversary of Metal Gear Solid 4 Guns of the Patriots on PS3, so you can look forward to that one. By the way, MGS4 Greatest hits copies are used for under $12 at Amazon recently, like the one below.

What is a man? Nothing but a miserable pile of secrets! Castlevania Lords of Shadow 2 teaser trailer is released

Thứ Bảy, 1 tháng 12, 2012 | 0 nhận xét

How long has it been now since we were introduced to the production of not only a new Castlevania game, but a sequel to Lords of Shadow? I'll tell you how long, way too long for comfort. All we had to go on was an E3 introduction that left all of us wondering not only what the storyline would be about, but is that really Alucard in Lords of Shadow 2? Since then we were given a couple of teaser images, like the ones below you can see in case you haven't. But so far, no videos showcasing anything new we can drool over. That prospect has now changed, well sort of. Mercury Steam has decided to release a new teaser trailer out there you can watch which lasts for about 30 seconds. Yeah, I know, not much to really see and not long enough to see it, but hey!, it's better than nothing right?

Oh and it gets better, as this isn't the end of the ordeal. Very soon on SpikeTV there will be the Video Game Awards show, a tenth anniversary of it in fact which will have an exclusive premier of Castlevania Lords of Shadow 2, and will air this coming December 7th so make sure you tune in that day and right after which some new video goodies will emerge, and we will finally have some concrete samples of what's in store for all of us when Lords of Shadow 2 finally makes its release date sometime next year. I say sometime because there is no official mention as of yet when LOS2 is supposed to have an exact release date yet. So kick back, at least for half a minute and watch the teaser trailer below and comment on what you think about it. You can see Gabriel Belmont as a vampire and what seems to be emulating the role of Lord Dracula himself. Or perhaps that might just be a concept scene, as it'll be interesting to finally know the full story behind Gabriel Belmont, and Alucard as to what their particular parts will play in this whole thing. Stay tuned.
