How about a little Solid Snake humor to cheer you up?, by hiding in a box and sneaking around to freak other people out

I found something a bit funny I wanted to share with you. Let's go back a bit first, to the first Metal Gear Solid game on the PS1. Remember how you could hide in a box, and move around confusing the idiotic henchmen who can't see the forest before the trees?, gee I wish we could still do that. Well maybe we can, or at least someone had the guts to do it. No shame involved, just some fun and humor to make unsuspecting people wonder what in the world is going on. The picture below was taken on the streets of Dublin, and you can see a couple sets of eyes in the background sort of smiling and yet a bit confused about what this person is trying to do. Why he is imitating his favorite character of course, Solid Snake! Good for him, Metal Gear Solid is one of those games that does take itself seriously, so what is wrong with some Solid Snake humor to brighten up your day?

Oh but I'm not letting it end there, no sir. First I want to bring you up to speed for you folks out there who don't understand this sort of thing or haven't been familiar with the first Metal Gear Solid. So I cherry picked three videos for you to watch which shows Solid Snake in the the first MGS game messing around with a guard. The following two videos are done with someone doing the same to others in real life. You're going to laugh your butts off when you see all three of them. It's Wal-Mart and Grocery store tactical espionage action! The photo below however is the topic of this discussion, so let me know what you think about it in the comment section below. Have fun!

The original Metal Gear Solid is now available for download on PSVita in Europe

I wish the U.S. PSVita store was this lucky. PSVita firmware update 1.80 is now out, and along with that, the ability to download the original Metal Gear game from the PS1 Playstation system, Metal Gear Solid.

Here is the thing, you can download it directly to Vita, or transfer it from your PS3 to Vita. Or, if you already bought it on either PS3 or PSP, then you will be allowed to download it to your Vita for free. Wouldn't want you to play for the same Metal Gear game twice now would they? Unfortunately it seems the European market is getting the biggest game list. 129 in total. NanoTechnology and the Metal Gear series have conspired together

This is a very interesting article I'd like to share with you. It discusses nanotechnology and how it has been portrayed in the Metal Gear Solid series over the years. Well what exactly is nanotechnology and what does a Metal Gear game have to do with it? You remember Metal Gear Solid Guns of the Patriots right?, remember that the soldiers were monitored by having nano machines injected into their bodies. In one Metal Gear game The Sons of the Patriots system was used to monitor blood pressure, chemical balance and respiration rate of the soldiers to determine if they are combat ready or not. Metal Gear and Modern Warfare have a cool crossover parody called Modern Gear

Never a dull moment is it? And this time there is even a video. Apparently there has been a Metal Gear and Modern Warfare crossing over parody that's making some buzz located at Kotaku. Now this is hilarious, the video located there is dubbed "Modern Gear" , hence the crossover between a Metal Gear game and Modern Warfare. I just watched the video and it cracks me up to say the least. I love it when some folks have way too much time on their hands but hey, it's fun for you to absorb.
