This is an older article but makes for some good reading. Especially if you are a fan of the Silent Hill series. Remember the second one for the Playstation 2? Yeah, Silent Hill 2. That's the Silent Hill game that's been hailed as the best one in the series, and still to this day has NOT been matched yet. It's even claimed that the Silent Hill game HD collection is still no match for the original released on the PS2 years ago. That must be saying something. There were so many aspects about the original that hasn't been duplicated yet in any sequels beyond it. To me that's something that needs to change. Just as Konami is taking the Pro Evolution Soccer game back to its roots with the 2013 release, Konami games like the Silent Hill franchise need to take a hard look at part II and take serious notes.
