Silent Hill Nurse Cosplay done recently at the Ohayocon convention, and are these ladies a bit scary or what?

This might creep you out, but you have to see this to believe it. Just a quick post to point out this awsome picture of Silent Hill game Nurses at the Ohayocon convention. As you can see from the picture there, you might lose some sleep tonight, but it's a really nice photo taken there and deserves some merit. Are Metal Gear Solid remakes coming soon to your PS3? They just might be if you're lucky.

How would you like it if Konami, Sony and UbiSoft joined together and brought the first three Metal Gear game titles in the form of a remake out on the PS3 system, complete with an overhaul and upgrade of course. Well this is not a fact as of yet, only a rumor according to a news piece done at EscapistMagazine. There seem to be rumors floating around that the Metal Gear game for the PS1, Metal Gear Solid 2 Sons of Liberty and Metal Gear Solid 3 Snake Eater might be in the works and headed to the PS3 system. God only knows how long if there is any truth to it. Among the rumors are that the Konami games will put all 3 Metal Gear game hits onto one Blue Ray disc, which would be nice. The new question remains if this is at all true, could the Silent Hill game universe be next?

Konami to bring Contra Hard Corps: Uprising to Xbox Live Arcade

The term Uprising lately has been all about the buzz circling around the next Metal Gear, called Uprising. Konami is also lending the familiar name to its next Contra being released this February 16th, and it is happily called Hard Corps: Uprising. Being released on Xbox Live Arcade (XBLA) this particular Contra game is the prequel to the famous Contra Hard Corps and takes place in the year 2613.

Now for the real treat, and I just know your going to love this one. Not only has an interview from producer Kenji Yamamoto been done to find out more details on this new Contra game, but one of the details reveals that yes indeed the Konami game code works on it. You heard me. The Konami game code works in Uprising. Of course that is, the Konami  game code works rather intermittently, meaning it works in certain place at certain times.

Konami reveals Pro Evolution Soccer 2011 for Android Phone owners

Konami has revealed that they have released Pro Evolution Soccer 2011 for the Android Phone system. Many Android users have been anticipating this release of PES for Android and finally the Pro Evolution Soccer game has made its debut. As always Konami uses their own UEFA clubs for their games play system unlike FIFA. According to the post done at Phandroid you should receive the same or near quality game play as before with other Pro Evolution Soccer game titles assuming this version of Pro Evolution is as good as its hand held brothers. PES 2011 will run you at the cost of $6.90 and is available from Droid Gamers.

Metal Gear shown running on a PSP2, and will this be just like a portable PS3 system in the palms of your hands?

A lot of you are wondering about the next PSP handheld system, the PSP2. Interesting enough, it's said that it will have PS3 quality graphics. And to prove this point Metal Gear creator Hideo Kojima showed the Metal Gear game Guns of the Patriots running on a PSP2 system. You hear right. Hideo commented on the games performance by stating "This game used the model data and environments from PS3, and it was exported directly to NGP," Kojima said, adding "On NGP, we can enjoy the same quality as the PS3." Other PS3 games were also demonstrated showing the ease of portability that has taken place between the PS3 and the PSP2. It looks like it's only a matter of time before other big titles find their way onto the new PSP2 realm.
