How Big Boss in the Metal Gear saga has evolved over the years

This is an interesting article I was reading at GamingBolt today, and it featured how "Big Boss" has evolved over the years of the Metal Gear series. Now that we have the inclusion of the the new Metal Gear Ground Zeroes, with Big Boss in it, which version came first. They seem to answer that question in the right particular order. First there was an appearance in Metal Gear Solid 3 Snake Eater (Naked Snake), then again in Peace Walker, and now we have Ground Zeroes, which is next, and then followed by Metal Gear Solid 4 Guns of the Patriots. Did I miss anything? If you know any evidence of past appearances of Big Boss, please leave a comment and point to the source, so I can update this particular post about it.

Funny Big Boss prank done at a shopping mall in front of others

It had to happen sooner or later. This is a funny article I stumbled across today that involves a man dressed up like Big Boss from the Metal Gear series. He is crawling around on the floor of a mall and causing traffic problems while people stand by and watch. They probably think he's nuts or having a Vietnam flashback or something. As you can see from the image below, this guy does have some nerves to do this in front of everyone. But it is a bit funny to say the least.

I need some help though, the video posted at the source page NerdReactor is linked to YouTube but YouTube has removed the video because it violates some policy of theirs. If any of you have a good working link to the video let me know and I'll post it here for others to enjoy. In the meantime, feel free to laugh at the image below and make your comments.
